We completed our midterm NDIS quality audit in May. The audit is a condition of maintaining our registration as a NDIS provider. The audit is an opportunity to demonstrate how the services we provide continue to meet the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards.

We are very pleased to share that the audit was highly successful. The feedback we received highlighted person centred practice, respectful communication, workforce stability and consistency in the supports provided. Participants reported feeling safe, involved in decision-making and well supported by their team members. The auditors acknowledged our strong operational systems, staff training and commitment to continuous improvement. Our commitment to positive behaviour support and the implementation of behaviour support plans, including restrictive practices was highlighted with examples of best practice. This is exceptional feedback and something we are very proud of.

The audit result is a reflection of the dedication, professionalism and support shown by each of our staff every day.
