Welcome to Omega Support Group.

Omega has been providing support services across Melbourne since 2006 although the combined experience of our leadership team exceeds 100 years.

We are passionate about delivering high quality services that genuinely meet people’s unique needs. Every person we support has the right to exercise choice and control over their own lives. We use a strengths based approach, supporting people to build their skills and confidence to reach important personal goals.

We pride ourselves on being flexible and open minded and we enjoy working with people to design supports that reflect individual needs and preferences rather than having a one size fits all approach.

We have intentionally developed a structure that enables us to be responsive to our staff and the people we support. We get know people well and build strong rapport and relationships.

We provide support services to people aged 16 years and over who have physical, intellectual, psychosocial and neurological disability. Our support staff are available across metro Melbourne and they work in locations that include private homes, the community, aged care services, people’s workplace or school. We also provide relief staff to several large community organisations and hospitals.
