Our team
Our leadership team has responsibility for key functions that include participant intake and assessment, finance, HR, rostering and quality systems.
Our Support Workers come from a range of different backgrounds and they are as diverse as the people we support. We work to understand the qualities each participant values in a support worker and we will always endeavour to match people with a support worker who shares similar interests, as well as having the right practical skills and experience.

Omega Support Group was founded in 2006 by Lee, whose experience working in the disability sector since 2000 inspired him to create an organisation focused on personalised support, strong relationships, and quality outcomes for participants.

Bianca brings more than 30 years experience in disability and mental health to the role of General Manager with Omega.

With 18 years of experience in the disability sector, Jess brings a deep understanding of person-centred supports.
