With 18 years of experience in the disability sector, Jess brings a deep understanding of person-centred supports. 

Beginning as a Support Worker and progressing through roles including Residential House Manager and Care Coordination, she has developed strong expertise in supporting participants to achieve their goals, navigate services, and build greater independence. Passionate about advocacy, communication, and quality care, Jess is committed to creating positive outcomes and meaningful relationships with participants, families, and support teams.
