Omega Support Group was founded in 2006 by Lee, whose experience working in the disability sector since 2000 inspired him to create an organisation focused on personalised support, strong relationships, and quality outcomes for participants.

Lee recognised a growing need for a more personalised and responsive approach to support services.

Driven by a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support, Lee established Omega Support Group. He takes the time to build meaningful relationships with participants and their families, ensuring their needs, goals, and aspirations remain at the centre of the support they receive.

Despite his leadership role, Lee remains actively involved in service delivery and is always willing to return to direct support work when needed. This hands-on approach helps him stay connected to the experiences of participants and staff alike.

Lee also places great value on his team, recognising that dedicated and skilled staff are the foundation of Omega Support Group’s success. He is committed to fostering a supportive workplace culture where employees feel respected, valued, and empowered to provide exceptional support.
