About Us

Omega was established in 2006. Omega’s Director, Lee Zammit wanted to build a support organisation that genuinely placed people at the centre of their supports. Lee could see an opportunity to improve the services and options available to people with disability. Those early ideas continued to develop, and Omega now provides community-based support services across metropolitan Melbourne. We pride ourselves on being approachable, flexible, and down to earth, and we enjoy working with people to design supports that reflect their individual needs and preferences rather than having a one size fits all approach.

We believe that every person we support has the right to exercise choice and control over their own lives and we use a strengths-based approach to help people build the personal and practical skills they need to reach their goals.
