Omega Support Group staff, disability service providers and parents/carers has full privileges to Omega Support Group’s Management Workflow System; as a member of staff, rosters are accessible online, shifts can be sent via email or SMS, and any changes are communicated so there is no room for error or miscommunication resulting in clients left without care. Service providers and parents/carers are able to directly request a booking online; view the roster for their child or client, request changes as necessary including any staffing change and be able to view total hours requested for budgeting requirements; not to mention many more other features. The Management Workflow System can be accessed anywhere and anytime from any smart phone or PC device. We believe our Management Workflow System has reduced the amount of unnecessary hours spent by Omega Support Group, staff, parents/carers and service providers booking and confirming shifts, including completing timesheets and payroll.
